It gives them peace of mind that their product is from an authentic ethical source, which in turn gives the retailer a strong commercial edge. Our principled practices enable them to drive sales and support their ethical credentials by supplying them with relevant marketing material. Better Supplier RelationshipsWe pride ourselves on being a preferred partner. In short, we deliver commercial support to suppliers that includes: good communication on product requirements, a range of market end points, a strong demand for product and prompt payments. Better Environmental PartnershipsWe enjoy constructive and supportive working relationships with NGOs and environmental partners. By way of example, in our previous dealings with flowers the Global Environment Fund mandated local conservation agencies to pilot and develop a wild fynbos sustainable harvesting code of practice and partner marketers of flowers. We provided the Agulhas Biodiversity Initiative with viable commercial solutions and in return, they gave us the necessary assurance that our endeavours were in line with the conservation of the valuable biodiversity of the region from which we sourced our Cape flowers.
